WattPayoff shows each of your PG&E electric bills line by line: the bill amount, billing days, energy billed in kilowatt-hours, your rate schedule, and every individual charge and tax, grouped by date range. It sits next to your usage, so you can see what drove a high bill.

Why is my PG&E bill higher than my usage suggests?
Part of every bill doesn't depend on usage. Since March 2026 most PG&E residential plans include a monthly Base Services Charge, and bills carry taxes and other fixed items. Seeing each line separately shows how much of your bill you can change by using less, or by changing plans.

Frequently asked questions about bill details
How many past bills can I see?
Up to four years. WattPayoff requests four years of your meter and billing data through Share My Data, and shows the bills PG&E returns.
Is this my official PG&E bill?
No. It's a view of the billing data PG&E shares with the app. Your official bill is in your PG&E account.
